Silver Lining

This morning when I woke up I stepped down from my bed and landed in SPLASHHH!! Yes water everywhere, It happens sometimes if you are enjoying apartment life.  it was going to take half of my day. I took a moment to get over this, literally just a moment not more than that. Now I was planning my day ahead, to be done with my work before I have to pick my daughter from school. I recalled that my internet is not working since last night BLAAHHH!!! Apparently due to some wiring issue that is going to take 24 hours to resume work. Again I took a deep breathe made myself a cup of tea and sat on my desk to write this blog. You may think HOW!! When it was enough to devastate me. I told myself to be easy, calm and mindful, instead of giving all my power and strength to the issue start thinking and processing about the solution. Obviously we get upset, angry, frustrated, we react, get stressed and depressed, these are all natural flow of emotions embrace them but give all your power to calmness and strengthen your problem solving attitude. Now you may be thinking, where is the SILVER LINING in all this? In this case it made me write my blog.
  • ·         I was present in the moment
  • ·         I best utilized my time crafting my hobby (i.e. blogging)
  • ·         I learnt to strengthen my inner peace


 This morning taught me to look for good in every situation. So my dear readers the silver lining is always there no matter how bad is the situation. Yeah! The problem gives us the opportunity to pick and choose how to react how to be wise and learn from the matter. When we look for the SILVER LINING we are building the habit of being positive, mindfulness. 
The day has passed, my home it tidy, internet is working, my sanity is intact due to my conscious decision to be calm 😁 and here I am going to post my blog 😉

NOW!! is Where the LIFE is Happening



MINDFULNESS is living in the NOW, the very NOW is the moment we have at hand. Unfortunately we think out of that domain, leaving behind what the NOW demands from us. We have other things to worry about and we think, plan, stress out for matters that might did not happen or may have time to be planned out later.
There is a fact that you cannot deny, outside the moment what we are thinking will never bring peace to our mind. And as a result we will waste the moment. To make the most of the day we have to be consciously present where we are needed the most.
OVER THINKING takes the power from us to have a life. because, 
                              "NOW" is where the LIFE is happening 
We no more live the quality of life but piling on Stresses, Self Doubts, Anxiety and Depression. We make an UNHAPPY VERSION of our self that all happens only when we do not keep track of our thoughts where our mind wanders when we are needed the most for the task AT HAND!!... 
Take out time before starting a day keep a journal make a TO DO LIST each small task you have to do write it down, this will help you keep track of your day and the VICTORY is when you mark that all done while being Mentally and Emotionally present in those moments of the day. 
Whatever the day brings to you either planned or unplanned remember Power is in the present, you can only handle the task well and beautifully when you will be consciously present.
MINDFULNESS brings peace, joy, health, happiness, quality of life, happy relations and happy us.
A Day well spent is a MINDFUL DAY 😊💗

a brand new YOU

Life is a Roller coaster it drives you high and low. Giving you crazy laughs and pauses to wait for next heart pounding experience 😊; which can be either good or bad. But WAIT!! There is something always to learn from. 
No matter what you are going through 
     NEVER FALL BACK. Keep Moving ⟹ K E E P ⟹ M O V I N G ⇒ F O R W A R D 
This is how the change will happen this is how you will grow. Going on, Changing, Evolving is the Universal Law and it has its beauty in it. Never get scared of failure, Failure is not end of anything it makes us resilient, teaches us perseverance and helps us dig out our strengths.
Try your own limits by doing something you tell yourself you can not do.
Stretch your brain muscles by challenging yourself. Make small targets, achieve them daily its your own victory embrace it and set the new goal. Fuel yourself with new tasks new ideas and see how you can make it possible. Self Doubt, Fear, Insecurities are never going to help you. 
Let go of the grudges, negativity, expectations, this will only consume your energy leaving you more helpless fade and dull. 
Stop trying to make people happy. Neither you nor the other will ever be pleased. Focus on your Goodness, Well Being, Growth. Right things will fall in place and rest will settle.
